CURVE LAKE FIRST NATION

Well, a year has passed and were back at it – we’re wiser, stronger and have a better sense of how to live off the land (We think???). We’re heading to Curve Lake, Ojibway Territory to meet up with Knowledge Keepers, Darryl Rose and Jay Johnson. We’re going to learn how to harvest manomin (wild rice) and hunt deer for the first time. The safety is definitely on!
